Terms of Service

By accessing or using PakDevHub (pakistansoftwarecompanies.com) and its API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors, company representatives, and automated clients accessing the directory in any way.

Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and from submissions by company representatives. The compilation, organisation, and presentation of the directory are the property of PakDevHub and are protected by applicable law.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, and provide the directory on an “as is” basis.

The directory is provided for personal, non-commercial reference and for legitimate business research — for example, finding and contacting software companies.

• Browse, search, and view company profiles for legitimate purposes.
• Contact companies about genuine business enquiries.
• Submit a claim for a company you are authorised to represent.
• Link to the directory and individual company profiles.

Except for public search-engine crawlers acting in good faith, you may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or data-mining tools to access, copy, harvest, or index the site or its data.

You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limiting, access controls, or other security measures, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

• No bulk extraction, reproduction, or storage of the directory data.
• No building or populating a competing database or dataset from it.
• No reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the data without written permission.
• No collecting contact details for spam, mass marketing, or unsolicited communication.

Company representatives may submit a claim to manage their listing. By submitting, you confirm you are authorised to represent the company and that the information provided is accurate.

We may approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing or claim at our discretion, and may request proof of authority before approving a claim.

Two paid upgrades are available to companies listed in the directory: a Verified badge, which is a one-time payment, and a Featured placement, which is a yearly subscription. Both are optional. A free listing is never removed, downgraded, or hidden for not paying.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. They take the payment, handle tax and currency conversion, and issue your receipt. PakDevHub never sees or stores your card details.

To ask for a refund, use the refund form at pakistansoftwarecompanies.com/refunds. Do not reply to a listing email — the form captures the order number we need. We read every request and reply to the address you give us.

Asking for a refund is not the same as receiving one. We review each request. If we approve it, the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy and the money returns by the route you paid with, which usually takes a few days to appear on your statement. That delay is your bank and card network, not us.

A refund does not automatically remove a badge, and removing a badge does not automatically trigger a refund. We treat those as separate decisions and will tell you what we have done in each case.

A Featured subscription renews yearly until cancelled. You can cancel it at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt email, or by asking us. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already paid for, and your placement runs to the end of that period.

• Refund window — 7 days from the date of purchase.
• What we need from you — the Lemon Squeezy order number from your receipt.
• Where to ask — the refund form at /refunds, not by email.

We may monitor usage and may rate-limit, block, or permanently ban any user, IP address, or automated client that violates these terms, without notice.

PakDevHub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the directory or reliance on any listing. We reserve the right to pursue any remedies available to us, including legal action, against unauthorised data reuse or scraping.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
